We offer a wide range of services enabling our clients to place a single order for turnkey project solutions. Each project we undertake is bespoke and tailored to the needs of the client and their particular system requirements. We believe that good design can only come from close attention to the detail.
Starting with assisting our clients with concept design and going on through to producing functional specifications, drawings, cable schedules, factory and site acceptance test documentation, we offer all aspects of system design.
We are a UK based panel manufacture. We design and build bespoke panels from low voltage PLC control systems up to 3000 amp power distribution and Motor Control Centres.
Our in house team can write PLC code to control any system or process. We also configure the associated SCADA / HMI software to give intuitive operator interface. While Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi and Trend are our specialities, all manufacturers can be catered for.
We have a wealth of experience in the standby power sector. Generator controls upgrades are a speciality of ours along with loading and load shedding control systems.
PLC, relay and pneumatic systems can all be designed and built for the control of any process. We will also specify and supply all type of instrumentation and control valves.
Control and safety systems for the storage, pressurisation, evaporation and delivery of Liquid Natural Gas to both gas turbines and reciprocating engines.
We are able to offer cost effective PLC2 and PLC5 upgrade solutions. This is done using specifically designed equipment which means very little down time for physical hardware replacement and no need for I/O revivification.
Cable containment and cable installation. Glanding and terminating. Compex hazardous area installations. Data and Comm’s installation. All tested and certificated to the latest standards.
We work with a wide range of clients across multiple sectors. These include pharmaceutical, gas, electric and water utilities supply, standby power, building management, nuclear power, etc.
Keep up to date with everything that’s going on. Be sure to check back regularly for updates.

The company was established in 2006 and after a year working alone on design and specification projects, I took on my first member of staff and rented a small industrial unit. The company soon outgrew our first premises and we moved to our current location with three times as much office and panel building space.
We have continued to grow our workforce and now have a wealth of hand picked, highly skilled engineers and electricians. We have already seen one apprentice through to qualified electrician status and intend to take on one or two more this year.
When asked, "I describe us as a controls company as our wide engineering background means we are not limited to any one particular field". We will always get to understand the whole picture for any project we undertake. In this way we can ensure that the correct control systems are put in place to achieve the desired outcomes. Good design is in the detail.
Graham Port.
Managing Director.
