ECS have just delivered this ultra-high precision flow meter test rig. This bespoke in-house design was commissioned by MJ Wilsons for a local pharmaceutical manufacturer.
It comprised of two stainless-steel Coriolis meters capable of flow rates up to 4000kg/hr at better than 2% accuracy. It is made entirely of 316 StSt, self-contained, mobile, fits through a standard doorway and is powered from a standard 13amp outlet. It provides power for the meter on test and has indication of the meters output for both active and passive units.
Other options could include different flow rates, vertical mounting of the test meter etc.
